PHYSICAL LITERACYPhysical literacy comes from developing a wide variety of fundamental movement skills such as hopping, skipping, throwing, catching and jumping. It just happens that these are key tennis skills as well. Physically literate kids have a lot more fun being active, and physically active kids get higher grades in school, have better social skills, and are happier and more confident.
We do an assessment on each child during the season and track their progression to help them with the required skills to be more active. |
