First love

Ages 5 & 6

1/4 court (mini-nets), foam balls, play-based introduction to tennis and physical literacy skills An amazing and interactive introduction to tennis. Our focus is on making tennis an experience that will encourage laughter and fun with friends where you get to hit a ton of balls, providing a life long love for the sport.

   Ages 7 & 8
LOVE

1/4 court (mini-nets), red balls, play-based focus on tennis strokes, scoring.

Level 1: Beginner - Introduces players to tennis in a supportive environment. Using red balls and smaller court, players learn fundamental movement skills, basic stroke technique, and how to rally with a partner. Emphasis is on hand-eye coordination, balance, learning on sending and receiving the ball successfully and having fun.
Recommended for players learning the basics.

Level 2: Intermediate
Players can rally, serve, move and play points with basic consistency and understanding.



​Team Tennis - must be registered in the intermediate session to register. Play out points in a fun team environment

3/4 court (regular nets), orange or green balls, play-based focus on developing skills and scoring

Level 1: Beginner -Players new to tennis or Transitioning from red ball. Players learn the fundamentals of tennis including forehand and backhand and how to rally. Players introduced to serving, scoring and simple point play in a fun environment.

Level 2: Intermediate - For Players who can rally consistently and ready to play with greater control and purpose. Players refine stroke technique, develop more reliable serves, learn to apply basic tactics such as shot selection, direction and recovery. 


​Team Tennis - must be registered in the intermediate session to join the team tennis program. Play out points and matches in a fun team environment.

Girls on the Courts
Ages 12-18

Lessons bridging our 3/4 court and new players to full court practice and play

Level 1:Beginner - Players who are new to tennis or are still developing basic skills. Using green balls on a modified court or full court as needed players learn the fundamentals of tennis including proper grips, forehand and backhand technique, footwork and how to start points with a serve. Goal is to help players learn the basics, rally serve and play out points. Team Tennis included in this program.

Lessons providing enhanced skill development for full court play and introduction to strategy


Level 2: Players who can rally consistently and ready to play on a full court with greater control. Players refine stroke technique, improve serve consistency and placement, and learn to apply basic tactics such as shot selection, recovery and point construction. Sessions include drills, match scenarios, and team tennis in a fun and supportive environment.

​Extra session of team tennis Sundays. A great way to practice and play in a fun team environment.









Ages 13 - 17 (Girls)

Women's Beginner

Ages 18+ (Lessons)

Full court, green & yellow balls

​Beginner lessons - Players who are new to tennis or returning to tennis after a long break. Focuses on the fundamentals of tennis in a welcoming, supportive environment. Players develop forehand, backhand, learn how to rally, and be introduced to serving, scoring and simple point play. Sessions emphasize confidence, movement and enjoyment of the game, with plenty of guided instruction and cooperative play.


Beginner-Intermediate
For those who can serve and rally or if you have taken our beginner program before and would like to improve.

Women's Intermediate

Ages 18+ 
What a fun way to escape from your busy life to connect with friends on the court. You must be able to rally, serve and play out points. Excellent way to improve your game, and have lots of laughs.

2 sessions available
Tuesdays 6:00-7:15 pm & 7:15-8:30
Due to high demand you can only register for one session

​beginner and intermediate players' opportunity to play in a league format

Our leagues will include men's singles, and men's doubles. We will be expanding these in the near future to include women's and mixed doubles, and will be providing more information on how to register.
